The Heart for Monroe annual Follow Your Heart 5K takes place in downtown Monroe. We invite our entire community to join us by running, walking, or just cheering for our runners, students, and running buddies.
Fees go towards providing Heart for Monroe the necessary funds to support our community. One hundred percent of the proceeds go back into Monroe!
Volunteers are needed to set up as well as cheer on our participants. Volunteers can also sign up to be a running buddy for students in participating schools.

Donate a Race Registration
Sponsor a child/student from a Title I school in Union County. Each student that participates in the race will receive a t-shirt and finisher’s medal.
