The Prom Dress Event is a fairytale day created for Junior and Senior girls in need of FREE prom dresses, shoes, and accessories. A special inspirational guest speaker will encourage and empower young ladies to feel comfortable in their own identity.
Hosted at Multiply Church, Heart for Monroe’s annual Prom Event provides free dresses, shoes, and accessories for girls to create their dream prom outfit.
Those who participate (and a guest of their choice) not only get to find their perfect prom dress, but also get to enjoy a catered meal as well as an inspirational guest speaker. This fairytale event is meant to make each girl feel as precious as they are!
Volunteers are needed to help set up and decorate the space for the event, aid with registration and check-out, and assist shoppers with finding their dress size. Volunteers are highly encouraged to interact with the girls and share in their excitement over their prom outfit!
Important: Male volunteers can aid with set up and break down, but only female volunteers can help with registration, assisting shoppers, and check-out.
